Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the Sabbath app by opening Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes your Sabbath account, profile, phone and contact hashes, friends, friend requests, and synced activity from Sabbath's backend.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Permissions
You can manage Sabbath's Contacts, Screen Time, and Notifications permissions in iOS Settings.
